Taplatape®
Flocked tape to be applied in extrusion line, ideal for automotive sealing profiles. Designed as a reliable alternative to online flocking: simplifies the process, ensures consistent performance, ensures high fiber density and reduces waste, cost, maintenance and space.
Tapladcut
Flocked die-cut parts designed for overmolding via injection molding, improving quality, reducing steps, and optimizing wear resistance.

Taplastick®
Small custom flocked profile, mainly used on seat belt guides, door panels and interior trim parts.

Flocking
We operate multiple flocking lines that are constantly evolving, backed by a strong production capacity and a continuous commitment to R&D. This allows us to adapt quickly to emerging market needs and meet the highest standards of our customers.
Cutting
We use custom-developed technology to ensure precise, high-quality cutting of flocked tape. Our high-capacity production setup enables us to grow alongside our customers while ensuring full compliance with their requirements.
Coating
We use technology that enables the uniform application of various market-available coatings onto the flocked surface. These coatings are designed to address issues such as noise reduction and ice release, among others.
Adhesive compounding
We formulate and produce our own water-based, environmentally friendly adhesives in strict compliance with applicable regulations, ensuring we remain true to our commitment respecting the environment.
Die-cutting and adhesive lamination
The die-cutting and adhesive lamination process allows us to offer flocked die-cut parts developed according to the client’s specified design and dimensions, providing a solution to any application requiring a flocked surface on parts.
